10. Subsequent Events On July 15, 2011, Sonic issued a redemption notice to holders of the 8.625% Notes to redeem the remaining $42.9 million in aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 8.625% Notes. Sonic will use cash on hand and available borrowings under the 2011 Credit Facilities to redeem the remaining $42.9 million in aggregate principal amount at the applicable redemption price (100% of principal redeemed) plus accrued but unpaid interest on August 16, 2011. |
